Job Description

1、Have bachelor diploma or above from 985/211 colleges and universities, who wish to be promoted to front-end management department. Have the ability to analyze and grasp customers, and flexibly make sales strategies for specific projects. Good at long-term maintenance and improvement of customer relationships.
 2、Have strong work initiative and good learning ability; Have good interpersonal communication skills and analytical judgment skills. To establish long-term win-win cooperation with customers.
 3、Have spirit of team work and professional dedication. Those who can bear the work pressure, with integrity and sincerity and can adapt to business travel.
 4、Mechanical, electrical, logistics engineering or robotics majors are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support and promote the responsible dealers according to the company's marketing strategy and sales objectives to ensure the completion of the sales objectives.
2. Find and develop dealers. Assist dealers in the business opportunities exploring, program planning, competition analysis, industry market expansion, etc to promote the implementation.
3. Proactively explore, analyze and guide the main needs of different customers. Plan the program or coordinate internal resources quickly to complete the planning. Find business opportunities and make it come true.
4. Follow-up of the winning project including bill signing, payment collection, promoting project acceptance, etc.
5. Timely technical support for technical problems on the customer site, or quick resolution with internal coordination.
6. Maintain the customer information of the CRM system. Project record and whole process control, Own technology accumulation and internal resources coordination to provide fast and efficient support to dealers and customers.
